Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.Partner with the bestAs a Distribution Coordinator you will be the focal point between the Warehouse / Inventory Teams and Production Teams to ensure we are aligned with production demands and changes. You will also oversee the day-to-day administration of task management within the department.As an, Distribution Coordinator you will be responsible for:Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Receive, classify, and stock incoming goods. This managing stocking conditions and knowing "what is where".Responsible for the exchange of data and information with supporting functions like manufacturing, sales, engineering, and maintenance.Handles the shipping process for domestic shipments.Serves as back-up for the Distribution Supervisor in handling international shipments.Handles purchase orders.Coordinates cycle counts of raw materials and finished goods.Owns the dock scheduling process.Serves as first line contact as products are delivered / picked-up.Other assignments from the Plant Manager.Have proven experience in a similar role and a good understanding of manufacturing processes.Can solve practical problems and deal with situations where only limited procedures exist.Have previous experience identifying and implementing process improvements.Have previous experience working with Oracle ERP for materials managementRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to work independently.
