Job DescriptionWe are seeking IT Systems Analyst to join Digital Customer Relations Management Department at Digital Transformation Organization. The IT Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing demand and use-case portfolio to govern delivery of digitalization, lead digital transformation flagship programs, govern enterprise digital architecture and oversee implementation of foundational programs. The IT Systems Analyst primary role is to provide high level of technical expertise and professional assistance, advice, guidance in the development and utilization of new and existing computer systems and applications. This will include providing solutions to recurring problems, recommending and/or participating in feasibility and cost studies, and proposing alternative solutions for meeting forecasted workloads based on extensive knowledge of current and long-range trends in computer technology and systems applications. Duties & ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to perform the following: Adhere to Saudi Aramco security and safety regulation and rules. Maintain, enhance and support existing computer applications and systems solutions. Review and analyze users’ requests and recommend optimum solutions to meet customers’ requirements. Troubleshoot system solutions’ problems and implementing resolutions Test, evaluate, develop and implement new computer applications and systems Collect and analyze system utilization data to monitor trends and forecast future (IT) application requirements. Developing necessary documentation per established standards Adhere to Service Level Agreement, if exists, when supporting customers Evaluate and test off-the-shelf products to ensure their applicability to corporate business requirement Minimum RequirementsAs the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, computer information systems, software engineering, computer engineering. Technical Certification in application development or project management are preferred. You must have at least five 5-Year Experience with hands-on implementing digital technologies and application development. You should have worked as a developer for at least 2 of the following: Business processes automation. Robotic Process Automation. Artificial Intelligence. Must be certified in one of application development platform. Must have Strong Knowledge in Low-Code no Code App development / RPA / AI A general understanding of infrastructure Digital Transformation experience.
