As Head of Quality, you will be responsible for;A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.Total plant Quality Management for an Aerospace, Defence and Marine Connectors site.Support, maintain and enhance the quality management system requirements of AS9100,Nadcap and all other associated site and product approvals.Leading, directing and developing teams to grow a high-performance culture.Development and execution of Site Quality strategy.Drive a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and best practices to improve theeffectiveness of the organization.Lead cultural change in approach to quality across the site.Ensure the appropriate quality processes are in place and are effective to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.Drive improvements in quality performance to enhance the customer experience and to reduce the Cost of Poor Quality.Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the site quality system and product quality while ensuring compliance to governing regulations and corporate policies andprocedures.Via AQE ensure NPI projects are delivered compliantly, on time and to budget.Ensure appropriate leading KPIs are in place and are reacted to in a timely manner.Own leadership and guidance of site Quality teams on matters such as compliance and industry best practices.Customer liaison and interface as required. QualificationsBS/BA Degree in Quality, Engineering or similar field required Key RequirementsProven experience in a senior quality position, with strong people leadership experience.Demonstrable significant achievements in terms of quality improvement via reduced customer complaints, improved customer experience and reduced COPQ.Demonstrable achievement in team development and cultural transformation.Demonstrable achievement in Quality tool deployment and or CI tool deployment.Demonstrated experience driving change using LEAN concepts Ensure there is a strong quality organization in place to support the business and deliver global and local objectives.Working knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma experience required, SSGB or SSBB preferred.Core Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, InnovationWe are an Equal Opportunities Employer
