Your Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of EY teams to develop and implement solutions to help enable the successful delivery of transformation projects, programmes and portfoliosProject, Programme & Portfolio Management delivery, within both traditional and agile project environmentsDevelopment of reports, documents and presentations to assist clients and senior members of the EY team with decision makingManagement of client stakeholders to achieve alignment and buy-in to a solution or particular directionOwn and foster trusted relationships with senior clients that contribute to enhancing EY’s brand and reputationCoordination and facilitation of client meetings and workshopsBuild trusted client relationships that contribute to enhancing EY’s brand and reputationProvide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staffIdentify future opportunities within the client or broader sectorContribute to business development, including development of proposals in response to tender opportunitiesContribute to internal practice development, around the Project, Programme & Portfolio Management practice and Transformation Delivery sub-competency, as well as within your market sectorContribute to EY’s positioning across the UK (and global), through an active social media presence, and thought leadership development You may be required to travel regularly as part of your day-to-day client work, and at times work from client site or other EY offices.
