Join us and be part of what we can accomplish together!Role Synopsis – Subsea Discipline Lead, Life of FieldCentral Subsea is responsible for the delivery, installation and maintenance of the subsea production systems globally for bp. Life of Field is a part of the Central Subsea organization that is responsible for supporting the Subsea Operations organization with resolving production issues as well as supporting the execution of major capital projects. The Life of Field Discipline Lead will be a member of the Central Subsea Leadership Team and Subsea Project Management Leadership Team responsible for the performance of the life of field team globally. The Life of Field Discipline Lead will need to partner with the regional Central Subsea leads to agree the organization and strategy to deliver the scope in the most efficient way. Additionally, the Life of Field Discipline Lead will be responsible for developing the vision to 2030, aligning this with bp’s aims and net zero ambition. This is a key role which requires great communication skills to work with numerous stakeholders, influence key regional decisions and set the vision for the team.Job AdvertKey Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the delivery of all the Life of Field scope for Central Subsea, partnering with the Central Subsea Regional Leads, Subsea Operations and Subsea Wells.Trend information to target high impact changes that will drive up equipment reliability and drive down intervention costs.Responsible for identifying best practice and embedding this globally across all of the life of field teams.Develop the Life of Field vision to 2030, aligned with bp’s net zero ambition.Develop innovative solutions, technical and commercial, to continually improve the overall performance of the life of field.Support the regional life of field teams as needed, providing coaching as needed.Responsible for the resourcing requirements of Life of Field globally, working closely with the regional leads to agree the resource profiles.
