Duties : Will provide front-line leadership training to Ref-Chem's craft supervision across all global practices Will be able to identify potential front-line leaders at the craft level Responsible for frequent jobsite visits to determine safety and skills gaps Will be responsible for constant feedback to Ref-Chem's management teams Will communicate effectively throughout the organization on current goals and initiatives Will assist in building and facilitating training programs to ensure Ref-Chem is working in a safe and productive environment Will work as a NCCER Performance Evaluator when necessary Will be responsible for communicating updates and changes to training programs Will participate in project safety and compliance audits Will assist the Training Department in special projects as needed All other duties assigned by the Training Supervisor Qualifications Technical : Abilityto speak and present in front of small and large groups Able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products Must have exceptional organizational skills to properly track training progress and maintain good, organized databases used for reporting purposes Able to build and maintain good, positive, professional relationships with other Employee Owners, management, and field personnel Other : Speaking - verbally conveying relevant information in a concise method Active Listening - respectfully listening and asking questions to create an understanding of required training Reading Comprehension - comprehending work related reports and charts Time Management - scheduling one's day to complete high priority tasks Coordination - managing one's actions in relation to outside events Active Learning - understanding how current outcomes relate to past processes Critical Thinking - using logic to identify the strengths and challenges of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches.
