High School Diploma or GED. Associates degree in Instrumentation/Controls with 3 years of experience in troubleshooting electrical circuits, pumps and motors, commissioning instrumentationMinimum of 5 years of experience in electrical control systems installation, troubleshooting, and testing.Working knowledge of drafting, electrical system layout, schematic/drawing reading, and mathematics; working knowledge of methods, materials, and tools used in electrical system installation and maintenance workKnowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the tradeKnowledge of the principles of electrical theory as applied to electrical circuits and wiring systems and the ability to apply this knowledge to work situationsSkill in the operation of the listed tools and equipment; skill in reading drawings and specificationsAbility to follow proper methods, procedures, and safety precautions of linework; ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructionsAWorking conditionsWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
