Plans and schedules maintenance work for facilities, compression, pipeline and other assets in the G&P organization, within compliance of applicable laws and regulations.2. Manages Master Data within the organization relevant to assets. This includes Bill of Materials (BOM) and other associated items related to the maintenance of assets.3. Creates, modifies, and assigns the work through Activities or Maintenance Plans within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This includes the alignment of regulatory requirements within PHMSA (Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).4. Builds and manages reports related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data and the performance of processes.5. Provides critical input in budget creation for the areas they support.6. Trains others on the use of maintenance process and tools typically used in an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) function.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 10 or more years of experience related to the use of a CMMS, its setup and the controls within the setup (preferably SAP).
