Position SummaryPinnacle Operating Services Company LLC., is currently looking for a National Key Account Manager, for our corporate office. This position is responsible for the co-development and management of our corporate key accounts and 3rd party customers as defined by the Commercial Management Team and consistent with our commercial objectives. In addition, this position manages strategically important and complex National Accounts with a focus on nurturing existing relationships, business development and ensuring compliance with all regulations and legislation. Essential Job Functions· Drive revenue / ensure margins according to the budget· Co-develop, execute the sales plan for the assigned domain in accordance with the set objectives and targets. · Approach and acquire new customers in a proactive manner through various means including direct visit, phone, references, etc. within delegated authority (matrix). · Build trust with new and existing customers by identifying needs, providing advice and effective solutions to the needs. · Receive, follow up and resolve or ensure resolution of customer complaints / queries in a timely and efficient manner. · Coordinate, execute, maintain and / or improve various administrative sales processes and systems, in line with the applicable procedures. · Provide insights to management on request, or own initiative, regarding quantitative and qualitative developments within area of sales/expertise, based on reporting guidelines, and ensure all information is appropriately stored and updated. · Develop, maintain, and expand a network of internal and external stakeholders, represent Pinnacle, and look after the interests of the organization. · Build own technical knowledge in relevant bulk gas sector(s). Measure, prepare and quote customers based on technical expertise. · Initiative and interpretation are necessary to find the best approach to negotiate large chain contracts and ensure compliance to legislation and regulations. · Has in depth knowledge and understanding of the customer and customer’s organization, market analytics and economic trends. Develops solutions tailored to customer requirements and acts as a sparring partner and trusted advisor to customers. · Required to build and maintain strong customer relationships with frequent communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Has contact with a diversity of roles / levels at strategic customers.
