This is a global role and will require flexibility to work across multiple time zones.Responsibilities:Within the overall IT Service Management Framework, manage and maintain efficient processes and documentation, including: upholding service level objectives for all Deployment Services processes managing incidents / requests and problems in a timely manner as per the current processes and targets follow processes for monitoring licence compliance production of required reports on a regular and ad hoc basis Work with the IT Director and other IT Teams, to contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including any initiatives geared toward operational excellence. Recommend and assist with Global projects to improve IT Deployment Services or assist other IT projects where required Configure, manage and maintain the Endpoint Management software & for appropriate operation. Software will initially include Symantec, SCCM, AppV, Privilege Manager, Snare Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Deployment Services through improvements to each function, as well as coordination and communication between functions.
