KPI performs work for publicly traded utility companies, energy companies, municipalities and private entities in multiple locations throughout the Northeast.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Kiely Pipeline Integrity (KPI). is seeking a Project Manager to further assist with the growth currently underway within the organization as a provider of engineering, consulting, and project management services within the Pennsylvania region. The successful candidate will have five to eight years knowledge of diversified oil and natural gas industry experience. The appropriate individual should have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering field. The successful candidate will have an in depth understanding of petroleum pipeline, natural gas pipeline and compressor station projects.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, review and approve the project schedule, ensuring that key milestones are identifiedWork closely with clients, contractors, and third-party providers in development of a projectDeliver the project at the sanctioned cost, schedule and performance criteriaEnsure the application of all relevant Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies on all project activitiesOversee subordinate performance and provide appropriate coaching and/or documentation of performanceMonitor contractor and supplier performance and act quickly on underperformanceResponsible for the development of project scopes, designs, construction specifications and cost estimates in response to RFP'sResponsible for the development, execution and ongoing maintenance of the Project Management Plan for each assigned project. This includes; scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, resource, issues, risks, change control and contractor management plansResponsible to coordinate cross-functional communications between all departments (Engineering, Environmental, Design/Drafting, Survey, and Inspection)Promote a strong safety culture on project and functional teams, and work undertaken by contractors and suppliersDeliver the pipeline project and/or station to the sanctioned cost, schedule and performance criteriaProvide required detailed project reporting to the clientManage manpower requirements for projectsUtilize a system of high quality contract administration with suitable checks and balancesEnsure the application of relevant Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies on all project activities.
