Currently there are no direct reports for this role.Sales SupportResponsibilities: Committed to equipping the salesforce with the marketing information and tools they need to help them do their jobs every day. Primary liaison between sales people and marketing department on day-to-day support Assist sales people with fulfillment of content, material and information to establish and close sales opportunities Attendee/company definitions and breakdowns/charts Post-event audience analysis reporting Company identification (ex. operators in specific plays) for lists/targeting/database integrity Project managing the production of print/pdf materials via Marcom operations and creative services group Compile data and work with creative services to construct the media guides (if virtual component, work with conference marketers for metrics to include) Work with creative services to develop the editorial calendars Manage the Hart Energy Conferences Event Calendar Lead the development of Client ads Lead the development of house ads Compile data and work with creative services to build DUG Sponsorship brochures Creation and development of mailers Creation of promotional materials for special supplements - (ex. Water Management Techbook pdf) OTC Show Daily promotions Tradeshow/booth design Special project marketing leader (MEA Awards, OTC Show Daily) Assist VP marketing with market research, data analysis, reporting and communications with sales Other projects as assignedSales Order Management and Coordination Receive and enter sales orders for print and digital advertisements and other products into Adsys (90) Ad sizes, price rate, placement in publication, page number, and other details Open & close publications in Adsys each month in both digital, print and other advertising products (4) Reconcile print Adsys publication to the print layout within 4 days of publication Reconcile digital Adsys publications to the Tom's Planner Ad traffic report for each month Maintenance of the production calendar with input from the production & editorial departments and management Review weekly Adsys sales run and other reports and email to distribution list every Thursday by 4 p.m. Work with Intacct billing analyst to reconcile and insure accuracy of all Adsys data by 5th business day each month Work with sales representatives and advertisers to acquire, organize and maintain files of all advertisements (by publication) on a timely basis to insure customer ads will make publication (note, it is the sales reps job to acquire all ad materials from advertising customers) Forward ad materials to designers for their approval of ad requirements Identify all missing ads and compile a missing list for each publication Review ads on layout, check ads on laser and Simon Xpress Provide final revenue close reports and approval from publisher/sales repsRequirements: In-depth experience and familiarity with all attendee audiences in the oil and gas industry, with special emphasis on finance, upstream producers, midstream operators, and the service sector In-depth understanding of the conference and trade show experience Knowledge of integrated marketing (omni-channel) and content marketing techniques needed to ensure sufficient touch-points and drive increased conversion to paid attendance Experience driving creative development in support of conferences promotion Ownership attitude and relationship focus to work within a matrixed organization Hart Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
