We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the Administrative Assistant position within our US Onshore Resources & Carbon Management, based in the Houston, Texas Office.Essential Job Responsibilities: Provide data, information, and daily support for the Facilities and Construction (F&C) Staff. Coordinate travel and prepare time reports, expense reports, and organization charts as needed Provide onboarding assistance for new employees (computer, software, office phone, cell phone, office location, business cards, training, truck, etc). Help with invoicing and resolving issues on coding. Maintain spreadsheets that documents and trends monthly man hours, illness, injury rate (IRR) and incidents. Facilitate Oxy safety orientation and stop work authority training for F&C and contract personnel as required. Schedule and set up meetings, using MS Teams when required. Assist in updating weekly project status reports and in developing and tracking technical training, field training and vacation schedules for facilities engineers and construction specialists. Create and use spreadsheets and databases to screen and analyze data. Assist in preparing reports, bulletins, and alerts. Prepare presentation materials, including charts, graphs, and slides.
