We have a new need for someone with a retail, inventory, data entry background with a good customer service approachSeeking an Administrator, Terminal Volume Accounting (Contractor) with volume accounting experience in the Oil & Gas Industry to join our growing team!Role Summary:The Administrator, Terminal Volume Accounting (Contractor) role is responsible for assisting in the Company’s efforts to accurately track all products received, stored, and delivered at Buckeye terminals to accurately administer the terminal inventory reporting and settlement processes. We are looking for an individual to join our team that has a natural curiosity, passion, and drive that cannot be satiated until they are satisfied that they have the answers that make sense to them to balance between reported book and physical inventories from our terminal locations.Responsibilities & Essential Functions include:Ticketing Support. Providing ticketing support to customers and functional groups (receiving and triaging questions via email and telephone), tracking quality issues to ensure appropriate ticketing for downgrades and developing tools and processes to improve volume accounting activity timeliness and accuracy.Data Integrity. Tracking all Buckeye terminal inventories to ensure good data integrity for volume account closing for settlement billing and assisting in creating tools to automate the review process.Customer Service. Work closely with internal and external customers on data entry and balancing questions. Support customer requests and questions based around the information communicated through our Terminal Access Web Portal.And other duties as assigned.Position Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree preferred.2+ years’ experience in volume accounting or an inventorty related role is preferred.Additional or concurrent experience in terminal operations preferred.Knowledge of TopTech TMS preferredCertificates & Licenses:None requiredOther Skills, Attributes and Abilities:Persons who succeed in this position must be self-motivated and work independently.
