Global Compensation & Benefits ManagerJOB PURPOSEThe Sr. Global Compensation Manager is an accomplished compensation professional with an exceptional opportunity to provide leadership and operational management for the full spectrum of the compensation function, including setting and operationalizing a total compensation vision, strategy and plan. This individual must be a seasoned leader with several years' total compensation global experience in positions of increasing responsibility, scale and complexity. Experience in a global organization with complexity and managing multiple initiatives required. Experience and expertise in executive compensation will be important, as will the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse cross-section of leaders and stakeholders.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESProvide corporate leadership and governance regarding regional and global compensation.Responsible for co-leading (with HR systems team) the implementation of our current HRIS’ Compensation module.Develop and continually advance compensation strategies to align with business strategy and ensure the right mix and offerings are available to attract and retain an innovative workforce and drive a pay-for-performance culture.Develop and deliver Total Compensation programs that are locally compliant, differentiated in the market, and that help drive business goals and desired results. Collaborate with Benefits colleagues to strategize and deliver total reward solutions.Collaborate with regional HR professionals to improve, align and orchestrate continuous improvement efforts across function.Lead critical projects from charter, to design and development, through implementation (e.g. compensation, executive compensation and system implementations)Provide functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities: Assess and develop business case, return on investment, and measure effectiveness of Total Compensation programs and projects.In alignment with the compensation strategy, design and manage the compensation programs including base pay, short-term and long-term incentives. Conduct competitive practices and market data research and complete internal equity reviews to ensure compensation remains competitive. Develop techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.Consult with human resources generalists and management on various compensation matters such as salary management, incentive compensation design and administration, sales compensation, design, employee and manager education and communication, job design and evaluation, and interpretation of policies and procedures.Develop Compensation communication strategy to ensure full understanding and maximize total rewards value.QUALIFICATIONS - PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES7+ years' experience leading Total Compensation programs within a global organization for multiple businesses including the execution of complex, multi-year changes to Total Compensation practices and programs.Development of salary structure, market pricing methodology and management globally.Management of Total Compensation compliance issues, policy development, and implementation of new compliance policies to meet local, state, national, and regional governing laws.Ability to achieve results through direct and indirect influence to drive to decision.Demonstrated skill in integrating data and technology.
