Accounts Payable SpecialistPosition Summary:Under general supervision, the Accounts Payable Specialist completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Calculate/post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Reconcile vendor statements, and research/correct discrepancies.
