These drivers may haul fresh or recycled water and will occasionally perform site work such as vacuuming rainwater out of cellars or off of containment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following represents the majority of the duties performed by the position, but is not meant to be all-inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary. Employees are expected to comply with all regulatory, environmental and safety rules and standards, as well as corporate policies. Perform daily documented thorough inspections on the water trucks. Follow all SOP's for loading/unloading water trucks at the frac or withdrawal. Adhere to all Federal, State, and Local DOT and environmental regulations. Be knowledgeable of all water truck and pump functions. Use all safety devices such as lights, turn signals, seatbelts, duckponds/containments, etc. Effectively communicate via 2 way or CB radios to fellow drivers when entering/exiting pads or water withdrawals. Take direction from Dispatch, Truck Pusher, Foreman, and/or Cabot and effectively communicate in return any issues, spills, or concerns. Properly utilize the in cab PeopleNet device for logging HOS and Workflow functions.SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Class A or B CDL with a tanker endorsement Valid Medical Card Work under pressure Weekends/Holidays required Good organizational skills Ability to multitaskWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDWork is typically performed outdoors. Exposure to conditions, such as extreme heat or cold is likely. Incumbents in this position must be able to physically and legally operate company vehicles and equipment. Employees must be able to perform work which requires walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, repeated heavy lifting (50 lbs), and climbing, including steps and vertical ladders. Personal protective equipment, including, but not limited to head protection, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety shoes and flame resistant clothing is required. Safety rules including OSHA requirements are strictly enforced.
