They are offering an excellent, long-term opportunity for the right person, with a competitive salary and development prospects to work across the UK & Ireland.They are looking for applicants with proven Project Management, Site Management or Contract Management experience within Modular Buildings or Off-Site Construction, alternatively they would consider candidates from Traditional Build/Main Contracting, they may also look at people from an Infrastructure related background such as the Utilities industry or the Oil and Gas industry to work across the UK & Ireland.The business is very well established and strong within the Health and Education sectors along with having a good reputation with Local Authorities, the Leisure industry and, they do work with the MOD so experience of these sectors would be very beneficial but not essential.As a Project Manager - Modular Buildings, you will oversee projects ranging between £70,000 and £2,000,000 and you will be responsible for co-ordinating different people within different teams. They also begin collaborating with their clients at a very early stage as what they do is very specialised and niche.You will be measured on project performance, how you manage the costs and budget and overall margin, customer satisfaction and overall finishing on time and on budget and obviously fulfilling all contractual obligations.The role offers excellent, diverse, and potentially rapid opportunities for Career Progression into more senior management positions in the company for the successful applicant so you will be an overly ambitious and forward-thinking individual.
