Global E&C are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to work on our digitisation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience of working closely with stakeholders to illicit requirements and produce requirements documentation. You will also work closely with our team of developers and testers on new system enhancements and systems support.The successful candidate must be eligible to work in the UK.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and end users to ensure involvement, engagement and buy-inSupporting business transition and helping to establish changeUnderstanding and mapping business needs and processes across the organisationIdentifying new technologies and procedures to improve the internal systems.Gathering, identifying, and documenting business requirements using a variety of proven business analysis methodologiesDocument and articulate the impact of proposed solutions on benefits, costs, and risks, in accordance with our marginal gain ethosWork effectively with internal and 3rd party providers to scope, implement, test, and deploy solutions to business problemsAssisting in the preparation and delivery of training and reference material on the new processes and software systemsAssist in the post go-live support of the systems and ongoing continual improvementCompetenciesExperience in a similar rolePrevious Oil and Gas industry experience would be beneficialWorking knowledge of AGILE methodology is desirable, but not mandatoryGood time management and ability to work on multiple projects concurrentlyExcellent organisational and written communication skills with a strong customer focus
