With a focus on digital marketing, the role will be responsible for website management, digital marketing communications, development of marketing initiatives and general marketing support to James Fisher group companies.The role requires a proactive individual to manage group company website strategy and delivery, delivering email campaigns and online marketing initiatives by creating relevant and engaging content in a style and tone that conveys the James Fisher corporate brand as well as supporting the continuous development and improvement of James Fisher’s websites, to ensure seamless integration across online platforms. It will also include the control of high-quality web content, SEO, Google Analytics, A/B and UX testing, supporting email campaigns via dotmailer, helping to define, monitor and report on website KPIs and analyse online user behaviour and conversion data.This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding marketing or business graduate to develop marketing and online expertise and support the group marketing team in developing its online presence in our target markets as part of a dynamic and innovative organisation. As a large organisation, for the right individual we can offer a career route to departmental and senior management within James Fisher.You will be based at a group company office and be able to travel nationally when required.Key AccountabilitiesAssist the digital marketing manager in delivering new websites for the JFS portfolioFull administration of group company sitesSupport in monitoring effectiveness of JFS websites and digital marketing activitiesGenerate reports and monitor performance in order to provide recommendations and deliver continuous improvements on our digital performanceContent creation for multiple corporate platformsOptimising website content/SEOManage the e-marketing platform, including email templates, distribution lists and reportingEmail templates and communication supportSupport development of integrated email campaignsPromote best practice for website and email communications, across marketing and the wider organisationSkills, Experience and QualificationsWe’re looking for a dedicated individual with confidence and great communication skills, who can demonstrate a track record of managing work to tight deadlines, be confident in interpreting and presenting data, and a well organised and effective analyst, who collaborates well with colleagues and a wide range of stakeholders, in person as well as by email and phone.You must be educated to degree level in digital marketing, business studies or equivalent and have strong creative, numerical and communication skills.
